Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Back Senior Test Analyst with proven experience in Manual and Automation Testing along with expertise in Telecom domain applications The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in Agile delivery models Key Responsibilities Telecom Domain Experience, especially in Retail (Oneview) is a huge plus and as a Senior Test Analyst should be able to take ownership of the entire testing process, including strategy, execution, and defect management They should also be comfortable with risk analysis and prioritization Leadership in managing a team and providing guidance on best practices is crucial Strong communication skills are required to deal with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Automation expertise is a key requirement, as automation is a growing focus in many organizations Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Automation Testing (Selenium with Java/Python) Extensive experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java/Python Ability to design reusable, scalable automation solutions SQL/Database Testing -Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for backend testing and data validation Knowledge of Stored Procedures and Database Triggers is an advantage Mandatory API Testing (Postman/Rest Assured)-Strong experience in API Testing using Postman/Rest Assured Should be able to automate API tests and validate responses, status codes, and performance Test Management Tools (JIRA/TestRail/ALM)Proficiency in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM Ability to create and manage Test Plans and Test Reports Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid (Work from Office/ Remote) Years of Experience5-8 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
