Senior Quality Analyst

As a Senior Quality Analyst at our fast-growing EdTech company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing testing strategies for our product ecosystem, covering web, mobile, and backend systems. Your focus will be on maintaining a quality-first mindset and leveraging your expertise in automation, performance, and API testing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and execution of functional, regression, and integration testing across various platforms. - Develop and manage automation test scripts utilizing tools like Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber (BDD). - Perform thorough API testing using Postman, ensure performance validation with JMeter, and maintain data integrity through SQL. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UX/UI Designers to ensure seamless product quality. - Implement scalable and AI-driven test strategies to maintain product excellence in a rapidly growing environment. - Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility through both black-box and white-box testing approaches. Who You Are: - You possess over 8 years of QA experience with a strong focus on manual and automated testing. - Proficient in tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, SQL, and Cucumber. - Demonstrated experience in testing across mobile, web, and backend systems. - Solid understanding of performance, API, security, and cross-browser testing. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced cross-functional teams.
