Senior QE Engineer

As a Technology Quality Assurance Analyst at Inspire Brands, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality software delivery through end-to-end testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, enhance test coverage, and facilitate seamless production releases. Your focus areas will include functional, automation, and release testing. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts. - Implement and execute test strategies covering functional, automation, performance, security, and regression testing. - Perform end-to-end testing to ensure seamless functionality from development to production release. - Develop and execute test cases using tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. - Automate API and database testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, and SQL queries. - Ensure smooth integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. - Monitor and validate software performance and reliability in production environments. - Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams to proactively fix defects. - Drive test automation best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability. - Collaborate with release management teams to validate deployments and ensure smooth rollouts. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Selenium with Java (Intermediate level). - Functional Testing along with experience in In Sprint automation. - Experience working in an Agile setup. - Experience working in a geographically distributed setup. - Involvement in production release testing. - Knowledge of Gitlab, CICD pipelines is a plus. - Preferred skills in API Testing and working with tools like Jira and Confluence. - Experience in Manual Testing for Web, Mobile web, Mobile App, and API. - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. - Strong experience in API Testing using Postman and either Swagger or Rest Assured. - Hands-on experience with Selenium tool using Java. - Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work independently. - Experience in analyzing reports, identifying bottlenecks, and leading discussions on performance issues. - Proficiency in working with JSON and XML messaging. - Ability to work on multiple projects and collaborate with various teams daily. - Monitoring test execution, preparing testing reports, and sharing findings with stakeholders (20% of the time).,
