Job Description

Position: Senior QAQC Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate QA/QC inspection activities and allocate inspectors and technical resources as per project requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate 2nd and 3rd party inspection activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and systems with accurate records relating to contracts, projects, inspection assignments, and personnel details.
  • Review and respond to customer scopes of work and support the management of any changes or clarifications required.
  • Review inspector reports to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to issue.
  • Meticulously review, accept, and control inspection reports and supporting documentation in line with quality standards.
  • Support and promote subcontractor safety compliance and provide coordination support to field inspection personnel.
  • Escalate any quality issues, non-conformances, or operational risks to the relevant manager.

B.E Mechanical

CSWIP3.1/NDT Preferrable
