Senior QA Engineer

As a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of complex testing activities and ensuring product quality across multiple projects. Your role will involve designing test plans, executing advanced test scenarios, contributing to automation efforts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for professionals who can work independently and guide junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and define detailed test plans and scenarios. - Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for functional and non-functional testing. - Automate regression and smoke test suites using industry tools. - Perform API testing using Postman/Swagger. - Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA. - Perform performance testing where applicable. - Work closely with developers and product owners for issue resolution. - Provide technical guidance to junior QC/QA team members. - Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing. - Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar frameworks. - Proficiency in SQL for data validation. - Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman. - Good knowledge of Agile processes. - Strong analytical and documentation skills.
