Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks utilizing AI tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright with AI augmentation. - Harness AI testing platforms like Testim, Applitools, and Functionize to create and enhance test scripts efficiently. - Craft comprehensive manual test cases using AI support for intricate banking workflows. - Implement AI-driven test data generation techniques for scenarios involving sensitive financial data. - Perform security testing on financial applications with a sharp focus on data protection and regulatory compliance. - Guide and mentor junior QA team members on AI testing methodologies and best practices. - Collaborate closely with development teams to introduce quality assurance at an early stage through AI-powered analysis. Required Qualifications: - 5-7 years of QA experience with a preference for 2 years in the banking or financial services domain. - Proficiency in AI Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools like Testim, Functionize, Mabl, or similar platforms. - Strong expertise in Test Automation: Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright along with programming skills in Java, Python, or C#. - Extensive experience in Manual Testing: Ability to create detailed test cases for complex business logic. - Technical Skills: Proficient in API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, SQL, and CI/CD integration. - AI Proficiency: Experience in utilizing ChatGPT or Copilot for test case generation and test data creation.
