Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing Mobile Apps)

As a Senior QA Engineer at a fast-growing FinTech product company in Noida, your role will be crucial in ensuring exceptional product quality for their mobile application. You will be responsible for leading manual testing for Android & iOS mobile apps, creating & executing detailed test cases, test scenarios & test plans, and owning release sign-off with go/no-go authority. Additionally, you will play a key role in increasing test coverage, mentoring junior QA engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting usability testing, and validating user journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Lead manual testing for Android & iOS mobile apps - Create & execute detailed test cases, test scenarios & test plans - Own release sign-off (go/no-go authority) - Increase test coverage across all features - Mentor junior QA engineers and guide best practices - Collaborate with product, design & engineering teams - Conduct usability testing and validate user journeys Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of manual testing experience - Strong experience in mobile app testing (Android + iOS) - Excellent test case writing & execution abilities - Strong analytical and bug reporting skills - Experience in FinTech app testing (preferred) - Basic exposure to Appium/Selenium (nice to have) - Good communication & documentation skills - Immediate joiner (within 15 days) - On-site availability in Noida is mandatory About the Company: Joining this company will provide you with the opportunity to work with a high-growth FinTech product, offering a high level of ownership and a leadership-focused role.
