Senior QA Engineer - AI-powered test automation

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using AI tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright with AI augmentation)
• Utilize AI testing platforms (Testim, Applitools, Functionize) to generate and optimize test scripts
• Create comprehensive manual test cases using AI assistance for complex banking workflows
• Develop and execute test strategies for financial applications including payments, transactions, and compliance features
• Implement AI-driven test data generation for sensitive financial data scenarios
• Conduct security testing for financial applications with focus on data protection and regulatory compliance
• Mentor junior QA team members in AI testing methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to shift-left quality assurance using AI-powered analysis
  

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of QA experience with [optional] 2 years in banking/financial services
• AI Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools (Testim, Functionize, Mabl, or similar)
• Test Automation: Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright with programming languages (Java, Python, C#)
• Manual Testing: Expertise in creating detailed test cases for complex business logic
• Financial Domain: Understanding of banking processes, payment systems, and financial regulations
• Technical Skills: API testing (Postman, REST Assured), SQL, CI/CD integration
• AI Proficiency: Experience using ChatGPT/Copilot for test case generation and test data creation

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
• Experience in regulatory compliance testing (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR)
