As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in automating software testing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with development teams, design and maintain automated test scripts, and mentor junior team members in test automation practices. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Parasoft, and Sauce Labs. - Collaborate with development teams to align automated tests with business objectives. - Execute test scripts, analyze results, and report software defects. - Continuously optimize automated test suites for effectiveness and efficiency. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer. - Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. - Deep knowledge of test automation methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, Parasoft, and Sauce Labs. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
