Senior Python Developer

As a Python Developer specializing in AI Integration, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain applications utilizing Python and OpenAI's APIs. You will need to master prompt engineering to optimize interactions with large language models and integrate AI functionalities into various software products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement API-based AI solutions will be critical, along with leading projects involving the integration of LLMs into existing system architectures. It will also be your responsibility to establish best practices for working with AI APIs, conduct thorough testing and debugging of API integrations, and stay updated on advancements in AI technology, particularly in the field of LLMs and API technology. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members in AI and API integration will also be essential. Key Projects that you will be involved in include the implementation of chatbot solutions using GPT-based models, development of content generation tools leveraging OpenAI's API, integration of AI-driven analytics and insights into business applications, optimization of existing applications for enhanced AI interaction and performance, as well as optimization of on-premise models/architectures (Finetuning Llama based models). Qualifications for this role include a strong proficiency in Python, experience with RESTful API integrations, a proven track record of working with OpenAI's GPT models and API endpoints, deep understanding of prompt engineering and LLM functionalities, experience in developing AI-driven applications in a commercial setting, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, strong project management skills, and experience in leading technical teams. Experience with FastAPI is required, while experience with Django or other MVC frameworks are considered a bonus. Additionally, JavaScript experience is also a bonus.
