Senior Python Developer

As a Software Architect (Senior Developer) at our company, your role will involve designing, building, and enhancing our eco-friendly, networked mobility platform. You will be leading backend development, guiding a team of developers, and shaping the technical direction of our products using Python and Django. Key Responsibilities: - Design and enhance scalable backend systems using Python/Django. - Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices in architecture and coding. - Oversee end-to-end delivery from architecture to deployment and maintenance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies. - Integrate third-party services and APIs within the platform ecosystem. - Contribute to roadmap planning and technical decision-making. - Support and coordinate with other technical teams. Qualifications Required: - Masters in Computer Science or equivalent experience. - 7-9 years of software development experience, including backend/full-stack. - Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and RESTful APIs. - Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. In addition, the following preferred skills would be beneficial: - Experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. - Knowledge of e-mobility protocols and ecosystems. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
