Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, scalable features using
Python, Django, DRF
Develop and deploy
Generative AI and LLM-based applications
Work with frameworks like
LangChain, LangGraph
, and
AI agents
Design and manage RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and architects
Participate in agile ceremonies Scrum, sprint planning, and code reviews
Write unit tests, automate testing, and ensure performance/security standards are met
Work on
data engineering
tasks involving SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, etc.
Contribute to
data governance
, privacy, and security compliance

Required Skills & Technologies:

Proficiency in
Python/Django
, Django Rest Framework
Solid experience in
RDBMS
(Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, HANA)
Strong UI understanding:
React
, Angular, HTML, CSS
Tools:
Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kibana, Kubernetes
Familiarity with
test automation
and TDD/BDD principles
Experience with
Big Data
,
Kafka
,
Redis
, data security/privacy protocols
Generative AI concepts:
LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning, agent orchestration

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA from a reputed institute (minimum 65% throughout)
4–6 years of experience in backend development and/or AI-driven applications
Experience working on SaaS multi-tenant platforms is a plus
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability
