About the Role

Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  backend applications

  using

  Python and Django

  frameworks.
• Build and manage

  RESTful APIs

  to integrate with frontend and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Optimize application performance and scalability for enterprise-grade use.
  
• Implement

  secure, maintainable, and efficient code

  following best practices.
• Work in an

  agile development environment

  with active participation in sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in

  backend software development

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  with deep understanding of the

  Django framework

  .
• Experience developing and consuming

  RESTful APIs

  .
• Solid understanding of

  relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)

  .
• Knowledge of

  version control systems (Git)

  and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with

  agile/scrum methodologies

  .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with

  Flask

  or

  FastAPI

  .
• Knowledge of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to

  frontend frameworks

  or microservices architecture.
