Role Overview

Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a subject matter expert on customers operational analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows.
2. Lead hands-on deployment of solutions to meet complex customer requirements.
3. Collaborate with engineering and integration teams to deliver successful deployments.
4. Own the design, development, and scaling of Proof-of-Concept (POC) deployments, driving them to production completion.
5. Continuously enhance product features through customer feedback and proposal of improvements.

Must-Have Skills

1. Python (5+ years experience)

   – strong expertise in building, debugging, and maintaining production-level scripts and solutions.

2. Data Analysis & Dashboarding

   – proven experience in processing and visualizing large data sets.

3. YAML

   – deep knowledge of YAML syntax for configuration and data serialization.

4. Cloud Platforms

   – hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

5. Architecture & Data Flow Understanding

   – ability to design solutions aligned with application data flows and integrations.

6. Deployment & Debugging

   – experience in reading, developing, and maintaining customer-facing solution deployments.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Familiarity with network and application performance monitoring.
2. Exposure to operational analytics or AIOps platforms.
3. Customer-facing deployment/project experience.
