Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong backend development expertise, solid experience in Python frameworks and libraries, and strong analytical and algorithmic skills. The ideal candidate must have hands on experience developing scalable applications and APIs, along with strong capabilities in testing and debugging (PyTest or similar). A passion for exploring and working with AI, LLMs, and NLP is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and applications using Python.
  
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Work with Python frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI.
  
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and debugging using PyTest or a similar testing framework.
  
• Integrate third party APIs, services, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
  
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
  
• Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
  
• Research, experiment, and assist in implementing AI/ML, LLM, and NLP capabilities.
  
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and system architecture discussions.
  
• Convert business and technical requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of hands on Python development experience.
  
• Strong command of Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and common libraries.
  
• Proven experience in testing & debugging with PyTest / UnitTest / similar test frameworks.
  
• Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Expertise in data structures & algorithms and problem-solving.
  
• Strong foundation in mathematical concepts relevant to AI (probability, statistics, linear algebra, etc.).
  
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
  
• Passion for learning and working with AI, LLM technologies, NLP, and advanced emerging tech.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  

Good to have Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, spaCy).
  
• Knowledge of RAG implementations or prompt engineering.
  
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
