Senior Public Relations Officer

As a Sourcing Officer at SINGER India Limited, you will be a key member of the procurement team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle multiple suppliers (20+ Suppliers) at various locations and manage a large quantity of items (100+ sku) for planning and stock availability. Your role will involve demand planning for FG items based on sales requirements and supplier production capacity. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of material planning and supply chain management. You will be required to assess supplier lead times and align orders accordingly, ensuring timely material follow-up for on-time deliveries. Effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle multiple suppliers at various locations and manage a large quantity of items for planning and stock availability - Demand planning for FG items based on sales requirements and supplier production capacity - Assess supplier lead times and align orders accordingly - Ensure timely material follow-up for on-time deliveries - Maintain strong coordination with internal teams and suppliers Qualifications: - B Tech / Diploma from a reputable institute - Strong knowledge of material planning and supply chain - Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reports - Experience with Power Point Presentations and working with AI tools like Open AI - Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills - Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines Please note that the working days for this role are 5 days a week, and the salary offered is in the range of 6 to 7 Lacs per Annum.,
