Job Description

Senior PS Consultant

About the Role

As a Senior PS Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements, pain points, and processes. Your core responsibilities will include:

Translating business requirements into software configuration
and clearly demonstrating to customers how the configured solution addresses their specific needs.
Demonstrating and training customer users
to ensure the implemented solution is the right fit and adopted effectively.
Thoroughly testing the solution
and proactively addressing what if scenarios to ensure robustness.

Skills & Experience

At least
6-10 years of experience
implementing ERP systems.
Strong understanding of
Microsoft NAV or Business Central
.
Ability to understand and articulate
business processes and needs
.
Familiarity with
Food & Beverage businesses and processes
, preferably in the fresh produce sector or similar sectors focused on (food) traceability and/or seed-to-shelf processes.
Curious and passionate about problem-solving.
Ambitious and unafraid of change.
Dedicated to delivering high performance.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience implementing systems in a
process manufacturing
environment.
Experience in
large distribution or warehousing
.
Experience implementing ERP in a
Food and/or Beverage Finance/Manufacturing environment
.
