Job Description

Proven success in leadingITSM, ITOM & ITAM transformation projects (ServiceNow & Flexera implementation), including migration from legacy ITSM tools (e.g., BMC Remedy).
Strong understanding ofServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and ITOM Visibility.
Strong grasp of ITIL framework, ITSM,ITAM & ITOM principles, ServiceNow & Flexera capabilities and project management methodologies.
Experienced inthird-party vendor management, including contract oversight and performance tracking.
Deep knowledge ofITIL frameworksand service management best practices.
Skilled in project planning, scope definition, timeline management and resource coordination.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
