Job Overview As a Business Client Engagement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish connections with potential business clients utilizing a variety of communication methods. This role involves actively generating inquiries, comprehensively understanding the requirements of each inquiry, leveraging our in-house CRM software to create tailored offers, and diligently following up with clients at various stages of the sales process to negotiate and close deals. Ultimate objective is to generate profitable, consistent and measurable business for the organization. Key Responsibilities Prospect Management: Outreach Initiatives: Client Requirement Understanding: Quantity and Cost Estimation Client Meetings and Follow-ups: Contract Document Review: Revenue Targets Key Competencies Prefab and PEB Technical Knowledge to advice appropriate solutions to client. Appropriate quantity and cost estimation in line with technical requirements of the client. Sales revenue target-based work approach and ownership of enquires for end-to-end working. Negotiation and closure of deals aligned with companies terms and conditions and margin requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to generate and manage inquiries Effective time management and organizational skills Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets Performance Metrics Individual Sales Revenue Generated annually Profitability produced in closed deals for the organization Errorless costing of projects before closure of deals. Client retention and repeat orders.
