Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing large-scale automation projects from concept to completion. You must possess strong technical expertise in industrial automation along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include leading the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects. You will be required to define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and business objectives. Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production, and commissioning, and serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies will be part of your role. You will also need to conduct regular project reviews, provide status reports to management and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes. Furthermore, you will be expected to mentor and guide junior project managers and engineers to build a high-performance team, as well as drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation Engineering. Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and proficiency in project management tools are essential skills for this role.,
