Senior Project Manager - Interior / Fit Out

Experience: 10–14 years (Hospitals, Hotels, Corporate Offices)

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)

Location: Pan-India (Project Site)

Language: Excellent communication in English CTC: ₹6.0–₹7.5 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of large interior fit-out projects.

•Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and site teams.

•Coordinate civil, finishes, MEP, FF&E, specialist vendors, and subcontractors.

•Ensure timely handover of projects.

•Handle client communication, contracts, risks, meetings, and change orders.

•Mentor and guide engineers and site staff.

•Deployment of sub vendor and resource planning

•Taking out material quantity from site and generating material requisition.

•Submission and of running and final bill and following for payment

Added Responsibilities

•Arrange materials, manpower, tools and coordinate all subcontractors/vendors.

•Full responsibility for project P&L including cost control, variations, profitability.

•Maintain strong documentation (contracts, RFIs, MOMs, approvals, drawings) to safeguard legal interests.

•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and cost reports.

Required Skills

•Experience in large interiors fitout project and Trunkey interiors.

•Strong technical knowledge in interior fit-out execution & estimating & costing.

•Must have pool of sub vendor and patty contractor.

•Proven record in delivering large commercial projects.

•Leadership, planning, client-handling, and coordination.

•Strong commercial awareness (budgeting, billing, P&L).

•MS Project / Primavera knowledge preferred.
