Your impact will be significant as you contribute to turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. **Roles And Responsibilities:** - **Design Leadership:** Oversee the architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural design of data centers. - **Project Management:** Lead cross-functional teams to deliver design packages on time and within budget. - **Technical Oversight:** Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and internal specifications. - **Vendor Coordination:** Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers. - **Innovation & Optimization:** Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies and infrastructure efficiency. - **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of design decisions, changes, and project milestones. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Present technical concepts and project updates to client senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders. - **Lifecycle Management:** Oversee all phases of data center development including Master Planning, Concept Development, Detailed Design, Procurement, Testing, and Commissioning. **Here's what you'll need:** - Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in data center design. - Strong knowledge of power and cooling systems, fire protection, and building automation. - Familiarity with Tier standards (Uptime Institute), ASHRAE, and local building codes. - Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects in India and the APAC region.
