Senior Project Manager - Business Consulting PI - TMT - CNS - BC - Finance - Bangalore

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager at EY, you will have the opportunity to work in the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) industry, where you will play a crucial role in helping organizations evolve and transform to stay competitive and deliver agile corporate strategies for growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple Global Business Services engagements covering Sourcing Strategy, Outsourcing Advisory, Location Advisory, GBS Operating Model Design, GBS Implementation, Program Management, and GBS Optimization. - Design the GBS target operating model (TOM) for various functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT. - Review engagement economics, project resources, team utilization, and manage service quality to exceed client expectations. - Drive business development initiatives, build and maintain client relationships, and support in building and taking new solutions to the market. - Contribute to enhancing market leadership, growth, quality, and operational excellence through thought leadership, brand development, and knowledge management. - Demonstrate significant industry expertise, build a strong team, mentor and coach team members, and ensure compliance with firm standards and policies. - Manage senior external/internal stakeholders independently. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech. / CA / MBA from premier institutes such as IIMs, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, NMIMS, NITIE, FMS. - 8 - 12 years of post MBA experience in Consulting or relevant industry background. - Experience in GBS Transformation across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement functions, and in industry-specific services. - In-depth knowledge of GBS, offshoring & outsourcing trends, and leading practices. - Experience in leading engagements involving Operating model design, shared services setup, process transformation, GBS optimization, location advisory, business diagnostics, and more. - Exposure to industry verticals like Automotive & Manufacturing, Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences, and Energy. - Experience in managing engagement sales cycle, including technical and commercial proposals.
