Senior Project Engineer

We have urgent requirement of Senior project Engineer.

Experience: 5- 7yrs in project Management, Preferable in Data Center project,

Location: Kolkata

Keyskills: Auto cad, MSP/ Primavera.

Nature of Project

Scope of work -

1. Project Planning

• Schedule Development (Primavera P6/ MSP), Schedule Updates and Analysis

2. Design Management

• Coordinate between client, design consultants, and vendors
• Track design changes and approvals

3. Procurement & Contract Management4. Construction Management

• Monitor progress against schedule and budget

5. Project Controls

• Using project tracking tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Monitor KPIs: cost, time, quality, risk
• Prepare periodic progress reports for stakeholders
• Track change orders and claims

6. Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Track compliance

7. Testing & Commissioning

• Plan and oversee integrated system testing (IST)
• Coordinate commissioning of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and IT systems.
• Ensure documentation and validation of all systems.
• Track occupancy and operational permits.

8. Handover & Closeout

• Ensure all documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals) is complete.
• Facilitate training for operations staff.
• Support in final inspections and snag list closure.
• Assist in project closeout and post-occupancy evaluation.

The resource will be deployed at site in Kolkata for a period of 2 years
