We have urgent requirement of Senior project Engineer. Experience: 5- 7yrs in project Management, Preferable in Data Center project, Location: Kolkata Keyskills: Auto cad, MSP/ Primavera. Nature of Project - Construction of Data Centre Scope of work - Support in following activities: 1. Project Planning Schedule Development (Primavera P6/ MSP), Schedule Updates and Analysis 2. Design Management Coordinate between client, design consultants, and vendors Track design changes and approvals 3. Procurement & Contract Management4. Construction Management Monitor progress against schedule and budget 5. Project Controls Using project tracking tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). Monitor KPIs: cost, time, quality, risk Prepare periodic progress reports for stakeholders Track change orders and claims 6. Risk & Compliance Management Identify and mitigate project risks. Track compliance 7. Testing & Commissioning Plan and oversee integrated system testing (IST) Coordinate commissioning of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and IT systems. Ensure documentation and validation of all systems. Track occupancy and operational permits. 8. Handover & Closeout Ensure all documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals) is complete. Facilitate training for operations staff. Support in final inspections and snag list closure. Assist in project closeout and post-occupancy evaluation.
