Senior Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and successfully. You will ensure that the project runs smoothly by providing essential support in planning, execution, communication, and documentation, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of projects. You should have experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, Asana, Trello, or any recognized project management software. A strong understanding and hands-on experience in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, MS Teams, and Zoom is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include assisting in project planning and scheduling, resource management, documentation and reporting, communication and coordination, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and administrative support. You will be responsible for supporting the Stakeholder & Business Analyst in developing project plans, coordinating schedules, allocating resources, maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication between project team members and stakeholders, tracking project risks and issues, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, and providing administrative support to the project team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali that requires 4 to 8 years of experience. Good communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder communication, meeting coordination, and documentation maintenance.
