The Government and public sector transactions services is part of EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions.

The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sector's diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EY's Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firm's sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management.

SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Your key responsibilities

• Min 9 years of exp Proven experience in asset monetization, including asset identification, valuation, transaction structuring, and preparing monetization plans Experience working on tourism development projects, master planning, destination development, feasibility studies, and promoting tourism-led economic growth Strong background in agri-business, including value chain analysis, market linkage development, FPO strengthening, agri-export promotion, and farm-to-market models Leading end-to-end project management including work planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and outcome tracking Experience in developing and managing large-scale government or PPP-based projects Ability to draft detailed project plans, DPRs, transaction documents, implementation roadmaps, and monitoring frameworks Experience in designing and executing pilots or proof-of-concept initiatives Conducting economic and financial analysis, including cost-benefit assessments, business models, and revenue projections Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and policy recommendations Strong capability in data analysis, benchmarking studies, market assessments, and trend forecasting extensive experience in coordinating with senior government officials, industry stakeholders, private partners, and sector experts Leading workshops, consultations, field visits, and review meetings with diverse stakeholders Handling multi-agency collaboration and interdepartmental communication
