Job Description

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

1. Support implementation of Ease of Doing Business and Business Reforms initiatives for the State Government. 2. Conduct research, stakeholder consultations, and data analysis to identify process bottlenecks and recommend simplification measures. 3. Draft detailed reports, policy briefs, and presentations for senior government officials. 4. Liaise with client departments, industry stakeholders, and reform partners for Investment Facilitation and Policy Advisory work. 5. Contribute to preparation of standard operating procedures, and reform monitoring frameworks. 6. Work on Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and support automation/ IT teams in process improvement documentation. 7. Maintain coordination with EY internal teams and client representatives on project deliverables. 8. Review existing Acts, Rules, and Government Orders to identify policy gaps and redundancies.
