Job Description

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

The EoDB Specialist will support the Government of Goa in simplifying regulatory processes, improving business approvals, and driving key reforms under Ease of Doing Business and Deregulation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Map and streamline approval processes required to start and operate a business.

Coordinate with multiple government departments (Industries, GIDC, TCP, Labour, Tourism, Pollution Control, Electricity, Fire, etc.).

Support implementation of EoDB/BRAP reforms, policy updates, notifications, and online service enhancements.

Assist in preparation of reform evidence, MIS reports, presentations, and progress updates.

Work closely with IT teams to improve Single Window System workflows, investor journeys, and dashboards.

Facilitate investor approvals and address bottlenecks in inter-departmental processes. Qualifications & Experience - 38 years of experience in government advisory or regulatory reforms. gOOD TO HAVE EODB EXPERIENCE - Strong understanding of government functioning, approval systems, and compliance requirements.

Experience handling government clients and coordinating with senior officials.

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

MBA.
