We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

1. Tender Management (GEM / CPP Portals)

• Manage end-to-end tender process on GEM/CPP government portals
• Prepare and issue tender documents (technical and commercial)
• Create comparative statements and file notes
• Support in preparation of Purchase Orders (POs) and contract documents

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Handle full procurement cycle from requisition to PO release
• Manage vendor registration, evaluation, and coordination
• Support annual rate contract formulation and renewals

1. Documentation & Systems

• Maintain procurement documentation and reports accurately
• Work on MS Excel and Word for reports and analysis
• Experience with SAP MM module preferred

Skills and attributes

• B.Tech

  (mandatory)

Experience

Skills & Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in procurement (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of

  vendor management, contract management, PO release, and tender processes

• Experience in

  Energy / Power sector preferred

• Proficient in

  Excel and Word

• Familiarity with

  SAP MM

  module is an advantage
• Fluent in

  written English

  due to heavy documentation work
