To explore the association between long-term exposure to ambient air pollution (PM2.5) and anaemia among Women of Reproductive Age (WRA) in India, and the moderating role of fruit and vegetable intake, using secondary data.
To prospectively study the effect modification by antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients on the relationship between long-term PM2.5 exposure and anaemia among adolescent girls (1825 years).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a science discipline (e.g., Public Health, Nutrition, Epidemiology, Environmental Science, or related fields)
Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting research and implementing field-based projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research Methodology Implementation

Apply both quantitative and qualitative research methods throughout the lifecycle of the study.

Field Operations Planning

Develop and execute the field implementation plan for effective and timely data collection across sites.

Tool & Training Development

Design data collection tools such as questionnaires; prepare and deliver training sessions for data collectors and field teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

Develop training material for community stakeholders and assist in capacity-building initiatives.

Multi-Site Coordination

Coordinate and supervise project activities across two field sites, ensuring protocol adherence and efficient project delivery.

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

Conduct field monitoring visits to oversee data collection, ensure data quality, and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Laboratory Coordination

Liaise with laboratory teams for timely collection, processing, and analysis of biological samples; ensure the dissemination of lab results to participants.
