Senior Programmer (Audio Visual)

As a Team Lead for AV Field Operations, your primary role will be to lead and oversee AV field projects to ensure smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients and teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising AV field technicians and effectively managing their daily assignments. - Ensuring timely setup, configuration, and testing of AV systems. - Coordinating with clients to understand on-site requirements and gather feedback. - Maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with safety standards. - Providing hands-on support for resolving complex technical issues. In order to excel in this role, you must have proven experience in AV operations, possess strong team management skills, and demonstrate technical expertise with AV equipment and software. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success. Additionally, the following certifications are required: - CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) - AVIXA Certification (Preferred) - Crestron/Extron/AMX Programming Certifications (Optional but beneficial) Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in AV installation or fieldwork, with prior leadership experience being preferred.
