SENIOR PROGRAM ADVISOR

Job Description – Senior Program Advisor (Executive Education) New Age Learning (Times Pro ALC) is hiring a Senior Program Advisor to counsel working professionals and guide them in selecting Executive Education programs from India’s top institutes. The role involves handling inbound leads, understanding candidates’ career goals, recommending suitable courses, and managing the complete enrolment process. You will maintain CRM updates, ensure smooth operations, and achieve individual enrolment targets. Strong communication, counselling ability, persuasion skills, and a professional approach are essential. Candidates with EdTech, counselling, or inside sales experience (Profession Hike, Edukyu, PW, Allen, Imarticus, Jaro) will be preferred and offered higher compensation. Salary ranges from ₹30,000–₹35,000 plus performance incentives.
