Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

we had a call for TAA requirement An injection moulding supervisor manages the injection moulding department and ensures that production is efficient and high quality:
Production
Oversees daily production operations, develops and implements production schedules, and works with the planning department to meet customer demands
Quality
Ensures that quality standards are met and that production output is high quality
Safety
Ensures that safety protocols and procedures are implemented and upheld, and that all personnel are trained in safe working practices
Maintenance
Maintains and troubleshoots injection moulding equipment to ensure uninterrupted production, and coordinates maintenance activities
Inventory
Manages inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure optimal use of resources
Training
Trains and mentors new employees, and ensures that all personnel are trained
Reporting
Maintains accurate production records and reports, and completes daily reports for production and production data reporting purposes
Collaboration
Collaborates with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow
Continuous improvement
Continuously monitors and improves production efficiency and minimizes downtime
