Senior Product Specialist

The ideal candidate for this full-time position based in Bengaluru, India, or Mumbai should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include having knowledge of mobile computing platforms such as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile, as well as working on Mobile Device Management. You will need to research customer technical issues and ensure resolution, with a good understanding of Mobility Software including MDM, MAM, and UEM. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the mobility domain. In this role, you will be expected to deliver presentations and webinars to prospective customers and partners, as well as attend meetings with partners and customers for technical discussions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in a pre-sales, tech-support, or consultant-related role within enterprise software. Excellent communication skills are essential, allowing you to effectively communicate with both technical and business counterparts on the client-side, explaining technology and solutions architecture. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and have a strong interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction. A willingness to travel for technical discussions is required. The qualifications for this position include a BE/BTech or MCA degree. Flexibility with shift timings is necessary to excel in this role.,
