Senior Product Manager, YouTube Channel Memberships

Role Overview: At Google, the focus is on putting users first and constantly adapting to the changing world. As a Senior Product Manager on YouTube's Channel Memberships team, you will play a crucial role in guiding products from conception to launch by bridging the technical and business aspects. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various teams to design and develop technologies that enhance access to information for users. Your responsibilities will include owning the direction, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of features aimed at improving creator earnings. Key Responsibilities: - Own the direction, strategy, and road-map for a portfolio of features designed to enhance creator earnings, including managing challenges such as price recommendations, annual subscriptions, and promotional tools. - Lead the product life-cycle from ideation and research to launch and iteration, while navigating a complex stakeholder environment and building consensus with leaders to execute a multi-year plan. - Act as the subject matter expert for creator monetization, gaining insights into the market landscape, trends, and creator businesses. - Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver products that directly contribute to growing Channel Memberships into a multi-billion dollar business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with 3 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch. - Master's degree in a technology or business-related field preferred. - Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders. - Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to leadership. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.,
