Senior Product Manager (Wealth Services)

Role Overview: You will be a Product Manager at Tide, dedicated to helping businesses save time and money to focus on their passion. Your role will involve expanding Tide's global presence and product portfolio to empower micro and small & medium businesses (mSMEs) in achieving their savings goals, fostering growth, and planning for the future. Collaborating with the Head of Product, you will develop a global product strategy, translate it into impactful roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and engage with key stakeholders for successful product launches. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Head of Product to develop the global product strategy for Savings across the UK, India, and Europe - Translate the global product strategy into actionable roadmaps - Lead design, data, and engineering teams to execute on the roadmap and achieve business objectives - Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and features that bring value to members - Work closely with key business partners in marketing, legal, risk & compliance, and other product teams - Play a pivotal role in the go-to-market activities and launch of Savings products in new global markets - Communicate product plans, progress, and accomplishments to key stakeholders - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the financial services/fintech domain Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of 7 years in product management - Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams encompassing product, engineering, design, and data analysis - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience managing products across diverse global markets - Highly organized with a consistent focus on quality execution - Domain knowledge in financial services/fintech, with a history of delivering innovative digital solutions to customers - Knowledge of the savings and investments domain is advantageous,
