Senior Product Manager-Trading Tools

About Role:

We are looking for a Senior PM passionate about building high-performance tools for Indian traders. You will lead products such as advanced charts, screeners, scanners, execution workflows, Fast Flash Trading, MTF, and precision order tools tailored for the Indian markets. The role demands deep empathy for trader workflows, understanding of market microstructure, and the ability to translate complexity into fast, simple, reliable interfaces. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and quant teams to deliver best-in-class trading tools that significantly improve trader speed, confidence, and decision-making.

Must Have:

• 510 years of product management experience, ideally in trading, fintech, or technical domains.
• Deep understanding of the Indian stock markets (NSE/BSE), order types, and market microstructure.
• Experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.
• Ability to translate trader workflows into simple, powerful product experiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Great to Have

• Experience building trading platforms, charting tools, or market data systems.
• Exposure to quant, algo, or high-frequency systems.
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, logs, and performance metrics.
• Passion for markets you trade, backtest, analyze charts, or experiment with strategies
