Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager-Technical at Mastercard, you will act as the Product Manager - Technical for your Agile development team. You will work closely with internal Product Managers to understand high-level business needs and requirements, representing them back to your Agile team. Your role will involve decomposing business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions using the Working Backwards method to drive the platform/product roadmap. You will collaborate with your Agile development team and system architects to design optimal functional solutions for new product features. Additionally, you will play an active role in the SAFe PI Planning process, prepare features for planning events, define user stories, prioritize team backlog, and produce internal & external-facing supporting documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Product Manager - Technical for your Agile development team - Decompose business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions - Drive technical business and systems analysis based on product requirements - Collaborate with Agile development team(s) and system architects to design optimal functional solutions - Play an active role in the SAFe PI Planning process - Define user stories, prioritize team backlog, and accept user stories on build completion - Produce internal & external-facing supporting documentation Qualifications Required: - Demonstrate the ability to complete technical systems analysis and solutioning - Possess solid business analysis skills and knowledge - Collaboratively design solutions that enhance the product offering and work within design principles - Comfortable working with interface specifications & data mappings to and from APIs - Ability to work collaboratively with development and business stakeholders within an Agile team - Effective communication with both business & technical audiences - Demonstrate empowerment, accountability, and independent thinking - Committed to delivering on time and to quality - Willingness to learn and adapt Please note: This is not a client-facing role. *No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
