Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager-Technical at Mastercard, you will act as the Product Manager - Technical for your Agile development team. You will work closely with internal Product Managers to understand high-level business needs and requirements, representing them back to your Agile team. Your role will involve decomposing business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions using the Working Backwards method. You will drive technical business and systems analysis based on product requirements, collaborate with your Agile development team and system architects, and actively participate in the SAFe PI Planning process. Additionally, you will define user stories, prioritize the team backlog, and produce internal & external-facing documentation using standard templates and natural language. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Product Manager - Technical for your Agile development team - Decompose business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions - Drive technical business and systems analysis based on product requirements - Collaborate with Agile development team(s) and system architects - Participate in the SAFe PI Planning process - Define user stories and prioritize the team backlog - Produce internal & external-facing supporting documentation using standard templates and natural language Qualifications Required: - Demonstrate the ability to complete technical systems analysis and solutioning - Possess solid business analysis skills and knowledge - Ability to collaboratively design solutions that enhance the product offering - Comfortable working with interface specifications and data mappings to and from APIs - Effective communication skills with both business & technical audiences - Exhibit empowerment, accountability, independent thinking, and a collaboration mindset - Committed to delivering on time and to quality - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges (Note: The Corporate Security Responsibility section has been omitted from the Job Description),
