Senior Product Manager - Digital Channels

As a Senior Product Manager at Autodesk, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy to enable live engagement channels such as Chat, Schedule a Call, and Messaging Apps to enhance rep/agent productivity, improve overall efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. Working within the Digital Channels product group, your role will involve partnering closely with engineering to deliver roadmap commitments and define comprehensive PRDs & success metrics. You will be expected to define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps aligned with Autodesk's goals, prioritizing important problems that will drive significant impact for the Go to Market teams. This includes setting OKRs with clear measurement methodologies, baselines, and targets by quarter, ensuring a high confidence roadmap committed to business impact. Leading through uncertainty, you will proactively anticipate and mitigate risks, manage partners, and guide the team towards the vision you have defined. Regular interlocks, 1:1s, and stakeholder management practices will be essential to ensure understanding and strategic partnerships. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in product management and a proven track record in driving strategy, vision, and implementation of digital channel engagements. Experience in deploying communication channels and omnichannel strategies for Contact Center as a Service is required, along with familiarity in integrating digital channels with Salesforce service cloud/Service cloud voice, SFDC consoles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position, as you will be required to communicate effectively with various audiences, including internal, external, business, and technical stakeholders. Strong planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management, and analysis skills will also be necessary to succeed in this role. A BS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent is a minimum requirement, while an MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent is preferred. Technical fluency, experience working with geographically diverse teams, and the ability to make quick decisions based on vague requirements are additional qualities that would be advantageous in this role.
