Senior Product Manager/ Business Data Analyst

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving new products and product changes iteratively and continuously with cross-functional team members in the pod. Your role will involve owning data modeling of legacy data assets into strategic canonical models and data feed integration. It is essential to build and cultivate subject matter expertise in financing data products to maximize value creation. You will co-develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle, including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning. As an integral part of an agile team, you will participate in agile ceremonies and ensure that product requirements are clear to designers and engineers. Ensuring that the product is tested with clients to gain insights and readiness to launch before market entry is crucial. This includes UX testing, end-user testing, and research insights. Your role will involve ideating and extracting further value from data and analytics by producing insights for the financing business. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the product, including technical and non-functional requirements such as production stability, performance, and maintainability. Experience in working in agile environments with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management is expected. The successful candidate should have a track record of delivering complex products to clients, ideally within the IB financing domain. A team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, possessing a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills is essential. Strong active listening and communication skills are required to build networks and partnerships at all levels. Data modeling and at least 8 years of prior experience in world-class analytics product management are necessary. Certifications such as CFA, Microsoft Azure fundamentals, and Databricks fundamentals are considered a bonus.,
