Job Description

A Senior Product Engineer oversees the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production and maintenance, leading development, ensuring quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like product management, design, and manufacturing. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, creating technical solutions, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards, and driving continuous improvement to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development Lifecycle:
Lead the design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of new products and features.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide technical guidance, set engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with product managers, design, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure product goals are aligned and achieved.
Product Strategy:
Contribute to defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on customer needs and market trends.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives for enhanced system performance, reliability, and scalability, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
Project Management:
Lead and manage product development projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
