Senior Product Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and robust software solutions, leveraging deep technical expertise in backend systems.
• Drive projects from conception through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring ownership of the full project lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices in architecture, design, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, engaging with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver impactful products in a highly collaborative and ever-evolving environment.

Experience Required:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in backend development using Core Java and Advanced Java.
• Hands-on experience in developing Microservices-based architectures.
• Proven ability to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade solutions with performance and maintainability in mind.
• Experience working in Agile environments with continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native application development is a plus.
