Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer with 5-8 years of experience to lead the end-to-end design of sophisticated web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Figma, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate business needs into intuitive and impactful user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand requirements and create high-fidelity designs using Figma for complex web and mobile applications. Lead the visual and user experience design across various touchpoints including product UI, marketing assets, websites, pitch decks, and internal documentation. Ensure brand consistency by maintaining and evolving the companys design system for internal use and client-facing products. Produce engaging visual content such as motion graphics, infographics, and 3D assets for product launches, marketing materials, and blog posts. Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform A/B testing to continuously improve the user experience. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to building a collaborative and innovative design culture within the organization. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and certificationsholding a recent UI/UX design certification is a must. Maintain a strong, up-to-date design portfolio (preferably on Behance) showcasing a range of product design projects and outcomes. Requirements: 5–8 years of professional experience in product design for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools. Recent certification in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio demonstrating a high standard of visual and user-centric design. Experience in motion graphics, 3D modeling, and visual storytelling is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. Proven ability to lead design initiatives and mentor team members.
