About the Role

Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes: from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and define product roadmaps.
• Create design systems, UI patterns, and interaction models that ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve product experience.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant, and engaging user interfaces.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product and UX design.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design, preferably in software or SaaS industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions across web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping and user research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS) to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring design teams working on IoT ecosystemscovering connected devices, control interfaces, and real-time monitoring platforms.
• Exposure to data-driven design using analytics and A/B testing.

Remuneration

7 LPA to 9 LPA | Depending on skills and expertise
