Roles and Responsibilities Manage chat support, email process, and email support activities for clients. Handle customer queries through various channels such as POI (Point of Interaction) and mapping. Provide excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently. Work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required by the business needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives. 1-5 years of experience in BPO industry with a focus on voice processes. Strong understanding of chat support, email processing, and email support principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
