Senior Principal Technician - Bridges

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks related to BIM Management, coordination, modeling, and project delivery. This will include preparing Digital Management Plans for the design of large civil structures such as bridges, highway assets, and retaining walls. You will also be responsible for setting up Revit models in BIM360 that are suitable for use by various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Collaboration with other disciplines through model federation and providing basic Revit training to drafters and engineers will also be a key aspect of this role. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Possession of a polytechnic diploma or qualification in Engineering - A minimum of 7+ years of extensive experience in modeling, particularly in tools such as Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Dynamo, etc. - Experience in modeling, documentation, and delivering bridge and civil structures projects using Revit, with a preference for international project delivery experience - Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, including experience in running clash detection and producing clash reports - Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills - Attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities By joining our team at Jacobs, you will have the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that make a difference in the world, while also benefiting from a supportive and collaborative work environment that values your expertise and contributions.,
