Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior/ Principal Stat Programmer with 6-12 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, responsible for SDTM, ADAMs & TLFs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming and analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain complex statistical models and algorithms for data analysis and interpretation.
Design and implement data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Conduct thorough quality control checks on data and programs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members on statistical programming best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in statistical programming.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
Experience with SDTM, ADAMs & TLFs is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong academic record with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.
