Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Principal Firmware Engineer with 12 to 15 years of experience to lead the development of innovative software systems. This role is based in Bengaluru and Pune, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and test firmware for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for firmware development.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing firmware.
Implement security measures to protect against potential threats.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years of experience in firmware development.
Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming languages.
Experience with Linux operating system.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
Familiarity with cloud architectures, cross-domain knowledge, design thinking, development fundamentals, DevOps, distributed computing, microservices, full stack development, security-first mindset, solutions design, testing & automation, and user experience (UX).
